The Strokes launch our inaugural concert.

“Homelessness and mental health are big issues in LA and we’re happy to do a little something that can hopefully help a bit. The Center in Hollywood, Waste Not Want Not Now, and the Downtown Women’s Center.are great, well-intentioned and trustworthy charities doing wonderful work” frontman – Julian Casablancas said in a press release.

 

The first annual charity event earned over a quarter of a million dollars and made a difference to the quality of life for all the citizens of the city of angels.
